This course is for any aspiring or practicing interior designers. It’s designed to provide the knowledge and check points that you’ll need to set up, manage and grow your Interior Design Business. It will cover virtually everything that you’ll need to know in order in navigate and or master this very intricate business.
Covering the basics of branding, marketing position, competitive analysis, client profiling and brief writing during the first day. This will trigger one of the burning topics of the course for the following day: “How do you charge and how much should we charge?”.
Following this we explore the crucial parts of every business and implement a clear strategy on handling a typical interior design project. This is regardless of whether you are designing a single bathroom or a big hospitality project.
The last day will guide you through the daily management of the business, from understanding the accounts all the way to manage your staff, sourcing contractors, suppliers and social media.
Matteo’s experience in all these fields means that there won’t be a subject that he cannot clarify or explain to you in further detail.
This course will provide you with everything you need to set up a professional and successful interior design business, just like Matteo and his previous students who have attended this course.
