You will learn
Day one will cover the basics of branding, marketing position, competitive analysis, client profiling and brief writing. We will address the critical consideration of structuring fees and determining optimal pricing strategies. Following this, we explore the crucial parts of every business and implement a clear plan on handling a typical interior design project. Whether designing a single bathroom or a big hospitality project, you can apply this model.
Day two will take you through the daily management of the business, from understanding the accounts all the way to managing your staff, sourcing contractors, suppliers, and social media.
